Refund Policy

 Notice Period

Where a product is to be returned please provide notification by email (sales@myplaceinprint.com) or phone immediately.  Notification of a return must be made within 7 days of receipt to be accepted.

Upon My Place in Print receiving notification you will be emailed instructions outlining the returns procedure.  The procedure will vary depending upon the reason for the return and the type of order.

 Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods are defective or in the unfortunate event that they may have been damaged in shipment to you, the damaged goods should be returned.  A replacement product will then be shipped to you.  For prints only, you will be expected to return the print by post and you will be reimbursed for costs incurred in returning the item.  The cost for returning the item must be agreed in advance prior to its return.  For framed prints, My Place in Print will arrange for collection of the item and payment of return costs.  My Place in Print is not responsible for ensuring the adequacy of packaging for returned items and should these be damaged in return transit your refund may be affected.

 Non Defective Goods

Where items are to be returned for reasons other than when defective or damaged in transit (e.g. you’ve changed your mind resulting in cancellation), these will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.  The item must be returned in its original (new) condition and be adequately packaged to ensure this is the condition it arrives in to My Place in Print.  Costs for shipping will not be refunded.  My Place in Print is not responsible for ensuring the adequacy of postage and packaging arrangements to return items, nor for ensuring their safe return, and should these be damaged or lost in return transit your refund may be affected.
